Oh my gosh what an amazing place!!! Incredible selection of everything for outdoor activities including cycling.
Don't touch the piles. There is a lot of gear in this place, you can spend hours looking but make sure it's on the rack. It's a very organized chaos. The eccentric owner is often there, and he knows everything you can know about gear. He knows every item and can help you find exactly what you need. For years, this is the first place I look if I need anything related to outdoor sports. High quality second-hand gear for any outdoor sport you can think of. REI top brands (second-hand) in good condition for fair prices.
Quality gear, for the most part. There are some deals if you look.
I can't recommend this place. Items were generally priced at 2-5x what you would see at other used gear shops or on marketplace. There's also way too much stuff and none of it is moving because it's largely overpriced. We perused for 45 min and left empty-handed, which is a first for us at any used gear shop. It made me feel bad for the people who consign here, because it looks like this is where gear goes to die. Simple fix: lower prices=happier customers=higher throughput=less clutter. Also, please 86 the mandatory tour.
I have been to Albuquerque so many times and yet I just discoverd this place. INCREDIBLE inventory, found a 40-50 degree sleeping bag for the right price right away. Will definitely make this place my first stop whenever I buy gear.
