This place takes advantage of Soldiers! The hours are not conducive to an active duty service member being open from 0900-1500. When it’s time to turn in equipment and you can’t make it due to work obligations, they charge you hundreds of dollars in late fees! This place is not service member friendly and can easily be a financial trap. The staff is not accommodating at all and the amount of the late fees is absolutely ridiculous and money down the drain!
This has been the best-kept resource that we have. Just knowing that their customer service and product availability are a blessing and very affordable for active, veterans, and retirees (like myself) is truly something remarkable. Thank you for being so supportive and all that you do.
