DO NOT use this guy unless you want your $20k patio to look like this in 6 years. The wall is not built into the ground for stability. Now there is a ~2” gap between the wall and ground, the patio is buckled and the wall is coming down. Jay came out to see that it’s failing, and said that it’s supposed to have a gap like that. He agreed to fix it but has not returned emails, calls, or texts since.
