I cant remember ever writing a review before today.I would watch doing business with the service dpt. I had to pre pay for a simple trailer tail light job for a brand new jet ski trailer (job around $300) We are rolling up on 2 months and it still hasn't been started. Just called them again after an in person visit a few weeks back looking for my skis. I guarantee my "recall" work has not been started either. I would never run my business this way.
We had a wonderful experience purchasing our 2026 Can-Am Defender HD11 from Carson Crawford at Outdoor Power Sports in Gainesville! Carson was great to work with—friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and made the entire buying process easy from start to finish. We never felt pressured and really appreciated how well he took care of us. If you’re looking for a Can-Am, we highly recommend asking for Carson. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and our new Defender!

Can’t recommend Starwood enough. We all dread the sales process when buying any type of vehicle, but it was quick and painless here. We were in and out in 2 hours at the end of the day on a Friday! I would really give them a look if you are in the market for anything power sports!
