Excellent experience buying my first UTV from Starwood. Colby (salesperson) did all the right things in my estimation. First asked what I'm going to be using it for and then follow-ons to how I answered. As well, what's my budget. Basically you can tell he cared about getting me into the right unit. He then took me out and walked me thru many different types of UTV that would meet my needs and he nailed my needs right off with the units he showed me. 10/10 customer service. I didn’t have to drive all the way back down there just to see what they wanted to show me. Everyone I had talked to was honest. The diagnosis charge isn’t even that expensive. 5 stars would definitely bring it back if I had the money to fix it up. (It’s the white Yamaha)

We went in to see about getting a dirt bike for my son, and Carson Crawford and fellow coworkers treated my son and I with the upmost respect and honesty. We ended up purchasing a new XKS. Carson gave my son some helpful pointers, and the parts department even gave us a great deal on a helmet. We received great customer service and it was a experience over all!
