place is absolute garbage. I would take my money elsewhere where they appreciate you and your service. Apparently if you’re not standing in the line before they close, they won’t check you out. Couldn’t get my son attire for this weekend to ride. The MANAGER needs to be reevaluated! Spend your money somewhere else!! Over priced and undereducated!!
Carson was honest and knowledgeable in the side by sides and gave me a ballpark price when I asked about one. No beating around the bush at this place! This will always be my dealership and will always be highly recommended to all my peeps looking for one. The whole experience was quick and easy. No other dealership came close. Side note. Wes and Carson were so down to earth and men of their word. The best price in north Texas if not the whole state. The bike was detailed and ready for me when I got there. If I or anyone in my family ever need anything power sport related or service Starwood power sports in Gainesville are my people. Thank you Wes and Carson for making our experience stress free. Any questions or concerns were addressed and answered. Everything, i mean everything from price, break ins, oil change, and fee were broken down so we could understand and was confident with our purchase. Never felt pressured. We drove an hour and a half away and it was worth it. We were in and out in about less then an hour. Thank you again! We HIGHLY recommend them!
