First and last time i go there.They had my chainsaw for 7 months for basic service then returned it to me not having done a single thing with it. Woman that runs the place is just nast and rude on top of it. Just unacceptable and cannot believe they stay in business treating people like that.
Dropped off a weed eater and now they claim they never received my weed eater it's completely ridiculous, I thought that this was an honorable family business I was wrong.
Outdoor power should warranty the their batteries in their equipment better! Sixty days if you purchase a new battery and only 90 days if you purchase the equipment. Crap battery in my newer cub cadet is junk shortly after purchase. They want 89 bucks for another one! Idts, and will try getting a better quality battery from somewhere else. Best regards
I wanted to get a Weedeater for my dad as a gift and didn’t want to go to rule king so I went here and she was very helpful she answered my questions. She recommend the upgraded warranty so I got it. Very good service.
