I'm not calling for a price
They got our mower started. But, sadly they did not ask approval or give us an estimate before doing the work.. They also put things into it that we did not ask for. We got a HUGE bill that we could not afford. It costed more than the mower itself. When we were told the price, my husband told him not to do the work, and he said it was already done so we had no other options. Just incredibly disappointed.
Customer service is great very friendly. Bought a blower and he started it and showed everything about it. I got the service you don't get at a box store. I will go back for all my Sthil purchases.
Took our mower in 4 weeks ago. To have the deck welded. 2 weeks ago our nephew took his mower in. Guess what, his was done a few days ago. So I guess they service your stuff by the price. Well we picked it up, not fixed. So really my rating is zero. Not a one.
