Good service, quick and easy!
Apparently they only have one person working on your equipment. mind's and easy job. Their brand they have all the parts. Had it more than a week. I give him five more days this could get worse. I HAVE A LOT OF MEDIA THAT CAN PUT OUT A GOOD REVIEW OR A BAD REVIEW FOR THIS COMPANY.
Needed to get blades sharpened very close to closing. They took the blades right in and sharpened them perfectly. Thanks again
Placed an online order two weeks ago. After 3 business days, I had to reach out for a shipment update. Eventually received a text from a sales associate stating they had to order the parts as it was out of stock, and would be in the following Monday. After waiting two more business days after the restock date was expected for delivery, I had to reach out again for another follow up and the sales associate stated it was delivered to their other location and that he should have it at his location by the end of the week.
