Absolute terrible place to buy ANYTHING! Bought two commercial mowers from them and absolutely terrible customer service. Will tell you anything to get your money however they don’t stand behind what they sell you. Will completely blow you off and refuse to do any warranty work or do anything for you. Again terrible experience and absolutely terrible people.
I bought a lawnmower for my son. They charged me twice for it ($4350 + $4350). I have called them and visited them in person, trying to get my refund on the credit card they used. It has been over a month, and every time they said they refunded my money, or they would call me back if there were issues with that, neither happened. I have been paying high interest on my credit card waiting for this refund they owe me, and it has tied my funds up for other things my family needs.
