Friendly and approachable
Went in with a busted Chinese recoil. Stocked Honda parts wouldn’t fit so they went to the effort to repair it in front of me over the counter while still serving others. They also didn’t charge me for the repair because “who knows how long it will last but should get you out of trouble today”. Which it did. Now that, is true customer service. You’ve got me for life fellas. Extremely impressed. In an age where low expectations are often met, you guys are the exception. Rare find.
