I came here for the first time for a new chainsaw. While I was waiting for my turn I watched Rebecca handle a rude and entitled customer with professional courtesy and poise. Then she helped me get what I needed and set up with my warranty information very quickly and easily. Will definitely come back.

My grandson brought his new blower in for warranty work because it was not running right. They called him saying it was done and it cost $60. While we agree the work done was not warrantable they did the work without his authorization, they just did and spent $60 of his hard earned money without approval. When he expressed that they told him they could reverse what was done and then they would charge him $45 for looking at it. Vote with your dollar and go somewhere else. P.S.
