I drove to Outdoor Power to buy a specific scag they had on a sale, the salesman was helpful and it was a quick smooth process. I live a few hours away and after using the mower about 3 times I had an issue so I called the store, and they offered for me to bring it in. When they remembered that I was from out of town they advised that I take it to a local scag dealer. The issue ended up not being under warranty but Outdoor Power paid the fee to get me back up and running. Customer service is 10/10!
