great local establishment They fixed our equipment right the first time in a timely manner and have all the supplies we need. This is our "go to" shop.
Very bad place. The shop guy, Curtis, told me that they work on Stihl stuff but they don't really know what they are doing. HUH???? Why would they do that? He said that the owner, a guy named Craig, makes them. Said that they needed to money. Totally sucks that they will take your money and do bad work. NO Thank You.
GREAT place to do business. Local owner Craig and his staff are very knowledgable and helpful. Responsive to service requests. Would recommend to friends and family!
Bad place of buisiness. Owner used profane language with me when I tried to return substandard climbing equipment. He continued to berate me and was rude and dissrespectfull towards me. He is a rude and abusive verbal towards me.
