This place is a joke! Bought brand new Eride pro. Took 4 weeks to fix. The wanna be mechanic told me theres a diagnostic tool. And the owner told me there is none. Lied to me several times. The best part is that when I picked up bike, the shocks where making noise, and leaking oil, and they weren’t when I dropped off. So when I bought bike the wanna be mechanic was wheeling the test model around. The new motors they installed is making a grinding noise. The owners a joke!!!! Terrible customer service. There are only 5 sleds in the barn. Rumor has it they are no longer a skidoo dealer. This is not confirmed, but it looks that way from what I saw. It's too bad, too, because we have enjoyed going there in the past.

My Yamaha viper er snowmobile lost a bogey wheel, had it towed in. After it was looked at, we were told that the track damaged a heat exchanger and was leaking coolant and that it was not worth fixing. We held off because there was no antifreeze leaking before we dropped it off. When we went to pick it up, we were asked if we wanted to sell it to them for $200! We brought it to a Yamaha dealer who replaced the bogey wheel and verified there was no problem with the cooling system. BEWARE!
