Bought a brand new eride pro from here. 1 week later it started throwing error codes and it broke down so many times. Brought it back to fix and I thought i was going to be able to have fun in the bike. Later , it broke again. Don’t buy anything from this store

This place is a joke! Bought brand new Eride pro. Took 4 weeks to fix. The wanna be mechanic told me theres a diagnostic tool. And the owner told me there is none. Lied to me several times. The best part is that when I picked up bike, the shocks where making noise, and leaking oil, and they weren’t when I dropped off. So when I bought bike the wanna be mechanic was wheeling the test model around. The new motors they installed is making a grinding noise. The owners a joke!!!! Terrible customer service. There are only 5 sleds in the barn. Rumor has it they are no longer a skidoo dealer. This is not confirmed, but it looks that way from what I saw. It's too bad, too, because we have enjoyed going there in the past.
