Purchased replacement slings for chaise loungers and ran into difficulty installing the new slings. Outdoor Patio Supplies promptly responded to my email as well as providing telephone support. Very pleased with their customer service and the chairs look great!
Our 20 year old aluminum Home Depot / Hampton Bay patio set has decades of life left, but the slings were splitting. I replaced the slings following the instructions on the website. I needed two clamps, and at least one needed to be as strong as the instructions recommend. The results are great, two (always outdoor) years later. If I did it again I might have picked a larger pattern. What looks bold on a small sample is subtle on the chair.
