This isn't about the customer service or quality of the product the sell. I tried to call and speak to someone but no answer today at approximately 2:10 your driver delivering a shed decided to turn around on a 2 lane 45mph road with oncoming traffic in both directions if I wasn't driving a new truck I would have gone through that shed. You owe me a new pair of underwear/shorts and that drivers owes me an apology.
I am giving them 1star, only because it will not allow you to give no star. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I ordered a 20x21 carport from them, and it going to be placed on a sloped area of my yard. So I had the salesman (Robert Shinholster) come by my house and look at where it would be going. He assured me it would not be a problem, if I bought 10ft. poles so they could custom cut them, so the bld. would be level. My family has done business with them but seems all they can do is sell. I had a simple problem and was trying to solve the problem quickly. Moving a carport required 4 of the rebar anchors to be cut due to being set in tree roots. Called about purchasing 4 replacement parts but was sent a link to a Amazon page. Cool I never would have thought of that. After I saw the employee that actually sets up the buildings and carports. He obviously was having a bad day. Very rude and told me to ask staff inside.
