EDIT: Since writing this review, the owner of the company and one of his employees have come out and fixed the problem. What I assumed was a problem with the building settling turned out to be a much simpler/more benign problem. The door, which is very heavy, had shifted 1/8 and wasn't sitting plumb in the frame though the rest of the structure is all sitting 100% the way it should.
