Whatever happened to customer service? I waited for responses from this company on Facebook Messenger and twice they claimed they were out of town and apologized after several days of no response. I forgave them and they said they would be here at 3 PM on Saturday, they never showed or even bothered to call. Needless to say I will never recommend or think about using this company ever again. So sad customer service doesn't mean anything to them
Company owes me 24,990$ for sub work. We mowed every contract for Michael Smith for 5 months without pay. Im not the first sub he’s done this to either.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would. What an outstanding job. I am a real estate agent and had a home listed that needed mulch. I called Outdoor Oasis at 4:00 on a Thursday. My open house was at 11 on Friday. When I arrived at the home the next morning at 9:45, the Outdoor Oasis trucks were leaving. I COULD NOT ask for better service...oh and the mulch was perfect. Thank you so much. I will recommend you for all future work.
Outstanding experience! I could not be more happy with the work and professionalism of Michael and his crew. Great ideas, awesome price started when they said they would, worked through a rain storm, and completed quickly. I would highly recommend and I will be using them each year for my projects
World class customer service! I had them out to cut down a 75 foot Maple tree and split all the wood for me for firewood. They cleaned up all the debris and left my yard cleaner then when they started. I highly recommend this company for all your lawn care needs.
