Absolutely terrible and I mean terrible. We have been trying for OVER 10 WEEKS to get our hot tub fixed! After 6 weeks they came out and took off a pump... Have not been back since then. We have called at least once a week..same lies and excuses. Either... We will call you back with when we can get there...or...it is our busy time of the year. Beyond frustrated as they can not even give a day we would be on their schedule for them to bring back our pump! Absolutely terrible way to approach customers and business in general. ... read more
