Outdoor Living Way delivered a solid experience. The project was completed ahead of schedule, and the final product met expectations with a clean and professional finish. What stood out was their proactive approach—they took the initiative to help me find a painter for an unrelated issue, which was both helpful and appreciated. Overall, a reliable partner for projects, and I look forward to working with them again in the future. The Magna-trak screens look incredible, you can barely tell they are there.
Terrible company! Don't use them. One of their trucks broke my windshield and I was told to claim it under my insurance. The manager wouldn't even return my call. UPDATE- Your response to my review simply isn’t true. I have photos and videos showing that your truck’s tarp wasn’t in use, allowing debris to fly off of the truck. Their site says “ everything you need for your backyard paradise” and boy are they right. Our company uses them for outdoor products and their professionalism , knowledge and friendly service make them our go to vendor! Definitely 5 stars for Outdoor Living Way for anyone looking for patio, hardscape, pool or other outdoor living supplies! Highly recommend!
