The manager Mike, and in particular, one of the other gentleman there named Marshall, have given me excellent service. I have enjoyed my spa tremendously. I would recommend to anyone I know to buy a spa from this company. They will make your ability to enjoy your spa even greater!

I bought a spa to help with arthritis and I thinks it’s the best investment I’ve made. It’s great that you can take in a water sample anytime for assistance. I got the Grand Bahama and was nervous it would be too big. Perfect size. I recommend going a size larger than what you see in store. 💝

The customer service is beyond measure. We shopped several stores and Outdoor Living LLC was by far the best. The knowledge of the products was most impressive. They listened to what we wanted and delivered. Sales, install and set up staff were all wonderful. We love our Meridian hot tub! Don't waste your time looking anywhere else. This is the place to go.
the staff really knows why they are doing for maintenance of our pool as well as water condition problems e have had! they are always very nice and very professional. our poo has been clean and clear since we started using them!

Reliable, efficient and responsive throughout the entire process from the bid to the new pool construction. They listened to what I wanted and built a gorgeous pool. I would definitely recommend Outdoor Living, and I continue to use them to maintain the pool.
