If you are looking for great customer service for your investment - this is the place! Wes is always so patient with my 1000 questions (sorry - lol) and goes above and beyond answering them. He has been a quick text away if anything comes up and is always so prompt with getting back to us, whether that’s a text response or coming to the house to help us out. I would recommend Outdoor Living to anyone looking for a hot tub!
I was experiencing a unique water chemistry problem that was becoming increasingly frustrating. The Outdoor Living team was extraordinarily helpful in working through the issue step by step, making recommendations and suggestions on what to use and steps to take.
