Great experience purchasing a Nordic hot tub from Outdoor Living. Helpful communication and assessment of planned hot tub location prior to making hot tub purchase. Very smooth delivery and set up of the hot tub from their team.
I called on a Friday and talked to Kim and she told me that they were really busy right now with the time of season it was but that she would get the information to her son and they would try to get me in as soon as I could. Weston called me 1 business day later and was able to be at my place the next morning. Weston was an awesome dude to talk to and has the perfect personality for someone servicing things at people’s homes. If you are looking for great customer service for your investment - this is the place! Wes is always so patient with my 1000 questions (sorry - lol) and goes above and beyond answering them. He has been a quick text away if anything comes up and is always so prompt with getting back to us, whether that’s a text response or coming to the house to help us out. I would recommend Outdoor Living to anyone looking for a hot tub!
