Shockingly bad service from Dan, Ashley and Kai.
Popped in to grab some chemicals and received the usual high level of service and friendliness I have come to expect. I even got a brief overview on the air source heat pumps they now sell, which are designed to save money - something I seriously considering buying. Thanks again. Just taken delivery of an Outdoor Living brand 4 person hot tub, exceptional quality for such a good price, the kids won’t get out of it! Aftersales team were so helpful when I had to swap dates unexpectedly, would definitely recommend this company
