He general contractor Luis and his team are very experienced and detail-oriented. In the mean time, they worked very hard to meet the timeline. The whole house was done within 3 weeks, including 2 bathroom, 1 powder room, kitchen, flooring, staircase, fireplace wall modification. The materials like the quartz countertop, frameless shower doors which I ordered from them have good quality with lower price than other stores I quoted with. Highly satisfied.

I was eager to call Outdoor Living Tomball after reading the positive reviews online. They may be a quality construction company, but I will never know due to the poor customer service by the receptionist. Samantha the receptionist hung up on me after I asked some basic questions. Then I called back several times thinking maybe the phone disconnected, but went to voicemail; or she refused to answer the phone. They are a great team. They would go to great lengths to make sure you are satisfied with their work. We had kitchen, entertainment center, and powder room remodeled. The end result is fantastic. Communication is always great. The cost is reasonable. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
