I’m not sure if our deck and patio project was too big for them or if they are just so busy that they didn’t care, but the communication with their sales team was very poor and inconsistent. When I first booked a consult they said an initial cost estimate was included in the free consultation. Well that story changed back and forth about 3 times over the course of 2 weeks (despite all 3 other companies I contacted being able to provide a rough estimate). Very frustrating service.
