I purchased a umbrella base heater from them in 2004. It lasted for 11 years. You could turn it on and keep your feet toasty while enjoying a quiet evening. Great product. My only thing is, I can't find another one. I still use it to hold my umbrella though.
This is crazy. Had smoker for a year and like all the other reviews, their website doesn’t work-it’s not even Smoke hollow or Outdoor Leisure products but some weird cartoon thing and no one answers the customer service phone. A big Booooooo
Purchased smoke hollow 4 burner grill from BJs and bottom rusted thru after only few weeks of use. Product is total junk.
Tony told us 6-8 weeks and 7 months later we are still trying to get this job done…I just want our house put back together. Garbage everywhere that his crew left, no communication at all. At times, we couldn’t even get our vehicle out of our garage cause he would disappear for a month then have a dump truck of gravel or dirt dropped with no warning to us in our driveway and block our vehicles.
I've yet to ever speak with a human and I can't get any parts because their website is non-existent
