I have enjoyed working with Peter and Moe, because they are super organized. Their follow up is above and beyond, and the quality of work is not mediocre. Superb property maintenance on our multi-family properties. They kept the exterior of the building clean throughout the seasons. We did not have a single tenant complaint.
