UPDATE: 3 weeks in and they still refuse to call us back. They aren't answering phone calls at all now. We are now looking into legal actions against them. Original post: Well, ordered a gate from them to be installed. Just under a thousand dollars. 2 weeks later I keep getting the run around. Well, ordered a gate from them to be installed. Just under a thousand dollars. 2 weeks later I keep getting the run around. Absolutely not impressed. I get when things happen outside of your control, but the absolute lack of communication is not acceptable. I will post a follow up if things get better.

Please avoid this company. My senior citizen parents hired them to complete several projects at their home, including a deck, fence, shed, pergola, and concrete pad. Initially, they seemed professional and accommodating on a tight timeline. Unfortunately, after being paid upfront in good faith, they disappeared before completing the work.
