We have been trying to get ahold of them and no response. I have sent emails and we have tried calling several times. We can't leave a voicemail because the box is full. We recently moved to a home that backs up to a busy street, so we wanted to fill in some landscaping to block out some traffic/noise. The owner, Ben, came over and immediately knew a short-term solution and also pitched a longer term plan for us. Within a week he was over with his equipment and several 10ft+ beautiful spruce trees to plant along our property line. He’s friendly, hard-working, and you can tell he’s an honest businessman who truly wants to help his customers. Can’t wait to use them for the rest of the project!
In January one of their snowplows backed into my car while cleaning a parking lot. The driver gave me the insurance information and I called. Since they insurance company could not get get a hold of the policy holder after numerous tries by me, my insurance company and their insurance company they denied my claim. So just because the owner of this company won't be a responsible business owner I am left to pay for the $1000 damage done to my car. I would hate to see what he does to his actual customers.
