Great communication and hospitality!
Had a small incident with one of their trucks by unfortunate circumstances, and all it took to get remedied was one call to their office, a few pictures, and they had the problem solved within an hour. Couldn't have been nicer people, and if they have this kind of integrity in general, I'm sure their business practices are just as great. If you're looking for outdoor service this is the place you want to use, I am sure of it.
We had Outdoor build a beautiful backyard project for us. Matt is very gifted, worked hard, and did a wonderful job throughout the process till completion. Doug helped supervise the project and shared ideas with landscape design to create a beautiful and peaceful place for our family to enjoy.
I had a very good experience with this company. They were professional, polite and provided good service. I worked with Doug and he gave us very good advice and ideas for our lawn and property.
