The first time Outdoor Improvements visited our property they did a great job in cleaning gutters. The following year I arranged with Matt Stuebe a month in advance to have a crew come out to clean the gutters again. He agreed. I tried to confirm a week, and then a day in advance, as we are out-of-state, and needed to assure his attendance. Even on the day of the event, still no word.
