Very disappointed. Requested a quote to add to existing work that Impact installed. Wanted a 20+ feet of pathway from our new steps to the existing patio. Someone came out approximately 6 weeks ago, measured and explained their process, and we have never heard back. We followed up with company email and phone calls and still no response. Lousy way to do business.
Outdoor impact did a great job of removing neglected hedges and putting in a small paver patio. Totally changed the look of the place. Thank you so much.
