Outdoor Images is very easy to work with and always responds promptly. They do a great job in both the summer and snow season, and they are much better than the other companies we have used in the past. Even when residents are not easy to deal with, they stay professional and get things handled quickly.

The vendor does not properly plow snow. They simply drive over it, compacting it, then try to scrape it smooth—creating an icy, dangerous mess on the driveway. There appears to be no oversight whatsoever to ensure driveways or roads are cleared correctly. Crews also fail to return for days to shovel garage aprons or sidewalks, despite what the contract requires. I would not recommend this service based on their consistent lack of quality and accountability.

This is more on the HOA/Gassen for hiring this company. I hate that I have no control over our own yard. But is the second time these guys have destroyed our bushes. The time before they KILLED one of these bushes and we had to replace it with something else the next season. They don’t know how to properly trim a bush without causing it much harm. This is a new company at our association. The lawn service is poor. I have to call to have them do the trimming. Also our complex seems to be the last job of the day and the noise of the mowing is well past supper time and later IF and that is a big IF they do the trimming. Shame on our association for taking the lowest bid.
