Outdoor homes has over promised and under delivered for our 60k project many times in the last 2 years. Many aspects had to be torn out and redone because of poor planning or workmanship. Most recently the ceiling of our patio was sagging. They removed it- but have ghosted us for 2 months- leaving all the trash in our yard. It appears they have run out of $, and ROC # is currently suspended.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY This is an in-progress review of this Outdoor Homes; I am a current customer for this Outdoor Homes. We are writing this after repeated attempts to contact and resolve these issues with Outdoor Homes. We signed with Outdoor Homes and paid $55k by December. The project was quoted to take 4-6 weeks. Since then, $10k worth of work has been completed. We’ve gone up to 7 weeks at a time with no work being completed. Reposting a review from 5 months ago that I took down by request of owner as a courtesy. I’m still waiting on repairs since April. Finally had a “confirmed” appointment today which was a no call no show. The main problem with their service was complete lack of follow through and poor workmanship on the irrigation install, arguably the most important part of landscaping Specifically the wrong lines run to certain plants causing them to die.
