We hired Outdoor Home Living to source and install a gas lantern for our porch in June of 2020. On 7/2/2020, Kristi M*****, owner of OHL, asked for a check for the portion of the estimate related to the purchase of the lantern so she could order it. We wrote her a check that day and Kristi cashed the check. Terrible terrible terrible!!! They did a 9,000 landscape project for me. Half the plants died. Two other landscape experts said they were planted in the wrong place! Kristi refused to honor her 1 year guarantee. She quit answering my phone calls. Her crew was also doing my weekly maintenance and all of a sudden, quite showing up. Terrible way to do business!

Took $8500 from me on May 1st for half down on a large project that was due to start May 4th. Never showed. Won't return phone calls, texts, or emails. It is now 3 weeks later and the owner Kristi ****** has all but disappeared. Refuses to start the project or refund the money.
