Ordered a product on 1/1/23. Money has been taken from my account, but to date I’ve had no acknowledgement from them whatsoever, no emails. I have sent 4 emails with no response. They do not have a phone number to call. I’m now concerned about the legitimacy of this company.
I ordered a pool cover on Oct 15th 2020 AND STILL WAITING TO RECEIVE IT IN DECEMBER 2020!! no communication, no emails, no return calls, .. let alone answering the phones! I have used the online contact form 5 times with no answer back plus the multiple phone calls and emails. I am now out of pocket $70 and have to find another one. Would rather provide minus 10 stars for theft and fraud of not completing an order and not communicating at all regarding my order of 1 item! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
No one answering phone calls, online chat is useless. Ordered click and collect and still waiting for pickup confirmation. Has been over 5days.
Even if they don't have a store front they accepted that i collect my purchase. Friendly staff, order was waiting for me. Definitely recommended
