The staff at The Outdoor Experience is amazing. We went to purchase 2 kayaks and 2 paddles today. We purchased the Jackson Tripper 12 and the Jackson Riviera. Once the Tripper 12 was loaded it came to the attention of the staff that the Riviera on sight was not the current model. They were very professional and apologetic and worked diligently to help us solve our problem.
