The patio they put in turned out really nice, BUT, if you have an issue they don’t respond. We have tried to get in touch with Jack for months with a problem we have with the water feature they put in. He finally responded in August and said he would be there that next week to look at it. No one showed up and have had zero correspondence with him since. WHY? If you want a nice product with help for any issues, then they are not the company to use.
Jack and his team did an outstanding job with our patio. We liked what they did so much, we had them come back to make it larger. They have our highest recommendation.
We contacted Jack Russell for an estimate to replace our water feature pump in November of 2024 (the estimate was provided in early December). We had agreed to start the work in the spring of 2025. After multiple attempts to schedule the work, Jack ceased communicating with us and no longer returned any phone calls or emails. While we can't speak to the company's workmanship, professionalism and courtesy appear to be an issue.
Jack and his team did a great job on our pool hardscaping repairs. Due to settling, most of the pavers had to be removed, leveled up and replaced. They power washed the whole area and the space looks brand new. We will definitely use Outdoor Escapes again.
