They are deck "sellers", not deck builders. They hire contract labor after they sell you a deck and provide little or no oversight for the work done. They will not respond to complaints or service calls. Avoid at all costs.
This is the worst company. I would not recommend using them under any circumstance. They misrepresented their product, the permits, their employee status (they use contract labor), and the time frame in which they could finish the project. They are a poor choice.
