Very unresponsive. I have been trying for over 2 months to have them come check out a drainage issue and the one appointment I had they were a NO SHOW. Now, there is no response to my calls or text messages. Their warranty means nothing. My next step will be to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

BEWARE!! They take people’s money and disappear. According to the CCB, they surrendered their license on 1/10/25. UPDATE: Some may notice that they responded to my post with a “we’ll make it right” response. It’s fake. They don’t answer or respond to VM’s. Don’t be fooled.

Overall Poor experiencing due to over promise/ under delivery and poor communication. Either way- we can’t continue being dragged along waiting for our project to start. Without thousands already given- we are quite weary. Tentative start date was mid December however, he stopped answering our calls and text messages. Sometimes when we could get a hold of him we hear excuses and our project was- Delayed till mid January. Same pattern and then delay to late Jan. We are taking whatever measures necessary to get our money back.... read more

Horrible experience. I paid in October and I was promised it’s would be done in December. Then it was pushed to January. I was told it could be this weekend. I messaged the owner and have received no updates. Please do not give your deposits. There are multiple other similar complaints when I did further searches. This is very concerning and disappointing.
