It’s been since late last fall that I had an issue with Outdoor Equipment Co and held off making a negative review but after several months I decided to warn future customers of their poor customer service and poor service department. Late last fall I took my Troy Built snowblower to them for a preseason checkup. Great experience for start to finish. Max was great. Helped to answer all my questions and make my decision on our box blade. Thanks for our Bad Boy! He even knew the specs on our tractor that is 15 years old!
They no longer have Snapper parts
Went there to get a quote on an LS tractor... Talked to them for almost an hour about what I wanted. Everything went great and was excited to order one from them. Was promised that I would get a quote by the end of the day. Over a week later and haven't heard a thing!!! I took it as they do not want my business so I bought a tractor elsewhere.
