Good
Pool installation was completed in 2022 and we were generally happy with the process and result. However, for residential pools they have provided no warranty support which has made warranty claims with equipment providers not possible. Do not recommend using Outdoor Elements for residential projects until they can commit to supporting basic warranty claims.
Used them for design - similar experience to other reviews (unresponsive, unorganized, lack of communication). Never hired them for construction based on the poor experience during design - sounds like that was the right decision to.
