Initial work was great but did not finish work. Many calls, visits and unanswered emails later there has been response and work is still unfinished. Very disappointed that there was no follow thru.
Superb work from planning through execution. We couldn’t be more pleased. Highly professional team of craftsmen produce excellent results. A pleasure to work with Dave and his team.
We hired Outdoor Elements for construction of a pool and spa and sincerely regret our choice. Unprofessional and unresponsive. Nearly a year and a half later- still not complete.
Poor Service ....I Hired these guys a few months ago and a bunch of Mexicans showed up and did a horrible job they were lazy and took short cuts (Poor English) couldn’t communicate properly as well
