Incorrect bar table, dining table sent without cross bar or any fasteners for legs, sun lounges with two different colored cushions. Bar table left as ‘loaner’ until actual table was available. Lovely service!!!! The team were knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Showed us a range of options within different price ranges and had product knowledge for each option we were shown. Delivery was easy and pain free. Our new setting is beautiful and have received many compliments on it. Beautiful furniture can be purchased at a number of places but the outstanding customer service we received meant we didn't have to continue looking once we had been to their showroom. Thanks team!!!
A first class experience from the moment I walked in to the professional delivery and set up of my new outdoor setting. A great high quality range of options that I did not see at other stores. The staff were friendly and professional and had great knowledge of that they were selling. I highly recommend them.
Visited Osborne park showroom in Perth. Fantastic service from the lovely ladies there! We have great product and it was delivered within a few days! We are happy with purchase! Would definitely recommend!
