Tony and his crew were wonderful. Informative at the free estimate and the install. Very respectful of property and cleaned up well after install. His system seems to be doing very well so far. He even reached out, unsolicited, after a few rains just to verify all was working well. Tony from Outdoor Drainage Solutions did some underground drainage work for us about a year ago, and it made a huge difference with the ponding and flooding in our backyard. At the time, he told us to call him if we had any problems. Fast forward a year, and our drain spouts got covered by vegetation. I messaged Tony, and he came out to help us find them all again. Excellent communication throughout the project. Efficient and professional. If you have standing water they can fix it.
My side yard was underwater. Water was leaking into the basement. My wife was not pleased. Outdoor Drainage Solutions came out the very next day to give me a quote. The drains and sump pump were installed the next week. They worked fast, did quality work, and were overly communicative. Highly recommend.
They did an excellent job. Did exactly what I asked for and even came back to do additional work quickly. Very pleasant and friendly to deal with. Highly recommend!
