I wish I could say my experience was great, but it really wasn’t. The design work looked fine at first, but several issues came up during the process. Things didn’t go smoothly, and even though they eventually fixed the problems, it took longer and caused more stress than expected. Communication started off well, but it quickly became inconsistent. My bathroom design bad expensive
Very disappointed with Outdoor Designs. The service was unprofessional and communication was poor throughout the entire process. The final result didn’t match what was promised, and follow-up support was completely lacking. I expected much better quality and customer care for the price. Would not recommend based on my experience.
