I'm so happy we chose Outdoor Designs for our patio project. Very happy with our backyard project with OD! From initial appointment to completion the entire team was helpful and informative. The paver crew did amazing work on 4 areas and a walkway, and the we love how the wood looking paneling in the pergola came out!
I want to give a sincere shoutout to this family company and the way they conduct business. My wife and I were tough customers and they really handled all the workings of this extensive project beautifully. Communication was near impeccable, they are extremely down to earth to talk to and work hard to make things go in a tough industry. My wife and I were looking at companies to provide a remodel of our back yard, Ali contacted us and set an appointment for noon on a week day. My wife and I took off work to be here to meet with their team. Ali Calls an hour and a half before the meeting to say they are running behind and wants to shift our appointment back 3 hours. We recently had a screened porch added to the back of our home by Outdoor Designs, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The paver work came out absolutely perfect, everything looks clean, level, and professionally done. This addition has completely transformed our backyard.
