We employed Wes Cowart to eliminate flooding on our back porch; our lot is very flat. Wes was a pleasure to work with and found a solution that was simple, affordable, and has been completely effective this year. We were hesitant because another company said that re-grading the lot would not work. That company provided a bid involving underground piping, underground water storage, and a pump that would have been far more complex (failure prone and greater upkeep) and exceedingly expensive (5x's more). Wes and his guys are solid professional experts at excavation and ground prep. They worked a 1 acre area of property that we just built a house on and the excavation work and landscape preparation was done quickly and perfectly.
