They were flexible in dealing with requested changes while also providing necessary pros and cons of our ideas. They are a subcontractor for my pool builder. There are probably better crews but I have seen a basic lack of respect for my property, poor craftsmanship, and zero quality control. The communication barrier is so high I can't help with quality control. This is likely a result of the new normal but I have a lot of companies work on my house and have zero complaints typically. I feel like I paid Mercedes prices for a Kia product.
