The first cover that we received was not the one ordered (stuff happens), and it took about a month from the date ordered to receive the correct cover. The final product was worth the wait. This cover fits our EZGO Express 4 extended top cart like it was custom made for it. We purchased a cover from this company a couple of years ago for a different cart, and this new cover appears to be higher quality material, although the prices are comparable. Overall, we’re happy with the purchase.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I order a morring boat cover and other parts. They sent the other parts but no thr cover. After a week I called to see about the cover they said they don't carry those anymore. They were never go to tell, just take my $300 and keep quiet. I asked about a refund they transferred me to another department but they never picked up. Perfect experience with ordering, delivery, item color and quality exactly as presented. Glad there were several choices of color & was able to match the color of our deck. Purchased a cover for our new Char-broil grill.
Purchased a cover for my 36 foot RV. Cover tore off within 12 hours during a moderate thunderstorm. Warranty does not cover damage due to wind. Will not purchase from this supplier.
