it's been about a month since John came and fixed My spa. bought a home with a 2005 caldera spa in it. initial inspection he ran some test, knew exactly what was wrong and stated it'd be about 5 weeks for all parts to be here. he was back in 5 weeks as promised with parts and my spa is up and running like new now. he explained exactly how to use the spa, the maintenance that will be required and now hubby and I get to sit and relax and enjoy our backyard oasis. prices are fair. he did not overcharge at all. give him a call. ... read more

01/17/2023 John from AV Outdoor Comfort came to my home to fix my spa heater, this is what I can say: (1) the guy is extremely professional with pool equipment. he dentally knows what he is doing. (2) He is the most honest pool technician I ever met. (3) Very Fair with his pricing. (4) Extremely officiant with time (5) The team he works with is great. Thank you John, I appreciate it.
