Terrible customer service regarding refund. Never answers phone, no email address. Bought through Amazon, returned item, they received it, never issued refund. Had to go directly to Amazon. STAY AWAY, buy directly from Dickies...!!
I bought bibs through Amazon. I requested the return through Amazon to which I received approval from your company otherwise where did I get the UPS Labels. Considering the box was never opened it's amazing that you say you only received two of the three items.. This only tells that you are a shady company and so are your employee's. I have left negative feedback on Amazon. I will spread the word through Facebook and e-bay. You all have a very Merry Christmas with my money $35.99) that you are not returning to me. !
